Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

However, if you cannot find the answer to your question then you can post it or find support from experienced Soccer Manager members within our Answer Centre.

add friend: go to "HOME" -> Friends -> Find Friends and there search the player you want.

for the 2nd question: No, you will not be able to see and add the aclub, not only you but all SM managers. This will take almost 5 days. After that period you will be able to see the club. However, if that club had been managed and unmanaged for several times then you will be able to see the club or the club will be available to public after the end of the game world season.
