"Why do the players that get injury during the games Replace directly?"

They are replaced. When a player get injury then after the game you will receive a message which will inform you about the injury. If a player is injured you cannot use him in first squad.

"How many days that The player rating 'll be changed? "
A players rating who play in top leagues such as premier league, primera division etc are been evaluated almost every 3 months. Of course, this does not mean that the players rate will change. This means that a players rate might stay in current rate. The rating is depended on or it is connected with the real life stats.
