Firstly, your player has requested a transfer away from your club because he was not happy there due to developing a concern that has risen to level five.
Once this happens your chairman will place the player onto the transfer list and after appropriately three to five days your chairmen will accept the offer from the club that has bid the most for your player.
Finally it is worth noting that once a player develops a level five concern you no longer have control of this player and you cannot prevent the player being placed onto the transfer list, nor can you prevent the player being sold. These actions are carried out by the chairman of your club automatically.
