Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

You're best using the SM forum to get some tactical advice, everybody has different opinions on how to do tactics and ther're many different factors which affect posession, passing style alone wont give you a higher ratio of posession over your opponent.
