In this situation, u have 3 option.
1) Wait until a manager manages and make a bid.
2) Ask your friend to manage it and accept the bid for u.
3) Create another account and manage it.Bid for a free agent until the squad number goes up again.Leave the club and wait for a week.

I guess 2nd method is always the best.But REMEMER, dont create ur own cause u will get causght red-handed by the SMFA.
