Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Its a very tough scenario. If you are in charge of a big club like Man Utd, Barca or Real Madrid etc as soon as you quit the chairman will offer the job to other manager and the chances are that they may take it. If not so then try quitting your club and tell your friend the game world ID or so that he may find the club and manage it. Its a risk but its up to you and your friend.
