Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

There is no way for you to bid in access of your chairman's valuation and you cannot convince coz there is no real life chairman and its lacks reality. His valuation is always based on the level of the player and how well the player would settle and contribute to the team. You have to bid within his valuation.
