Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

If and when he gets appearances for Mallorca, he would then be due a rating increase to put him in line with other Mallorca players of a similar calibre/experience. However, player ratings are not increased based upon signing for a superior club alone.
