thats because teams get to know your style of play,its like real life if you dont change tactics accordingly then you are gunna get found out even with a fully fit, strong rated team. try and play the team in a friendly if possible to try things out as you dont loose fitness on players in these or get injuries or suspensions.Then if you need to tweek anything come match day you might stand a better chance.
