Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

As soon as you sign into soccer manager you see the teams that you are in charge off, where it says the gameworlds ID their is also a little x. By clicking this and entering your password you are leaving your position as manager for that team and may be unable to take over that team again as well being unable to rejoin the gameworld.
