Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

You can't mate and loan can't increase your funds, the only way apart from selling your players. Is to win your matches mate, at least 80% percent of your matches and you would see the change, and also try and win cups, and finish in a good position in your league mate at least top 6 if you do this consistently mate it would increase.
