Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

As a Custom Setup owner you can select a list of rules which you want within your setup, and the AI will enforce these to ensure that no one breaks them. If it is a more complicated rule that your friend has broken though (i.e. ones that SM cannot automatically enforce by you choosing certain options) SM will still try to honour the rules you have set if these are documented.

If you are able to evidence the fact that you set a rule and that the people joining your gameworld was aware of this, then you should email SM (on the email address near the bottom of the Terms of Use page, under "About Soccermanager") and point them towards this evidence and ask them to remove the manager involved.

If this person was my friend I would just have a word with them though - might this not be easier?
