Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

If you keep playing them then their concern will drop eventually but it will take more than a couple of matches.

To quickly remove/address their concerns, you can select that player and negotiate his contract wherein the players agent will state he will make the concerns go away for a particular wage. You can try that if you really want to have their morale up or if the concern level is too high.
