Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

I think it gives you the option to swap up to 3 players at a time depending on (Time/Score) the 'In game option' mode allows 3 players to be swaped on 3 seperate occasions depending on what (time/score)you opt for.
Ex. losing or drawing after 45mis swap 3
winning by 2gls after 75mins swap 3
drawing after 6mins swap 3

You won't have the option to swap more than 9 players during any game. You just have to guess. GOOD LUCK.
