Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

First of all, you only get money at the end of a season/league or when you sell a player.

Second of all, how big is your squad? The wages must be significant. Click on Finances on the left, and you will get an idea as to why your money is going down.
