Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

You don't seem to be asking a question. If you have a suggestion you should submit it via Community > Suggestions.

Players only get transfer listed if they have not been playing for a considerable length of time. If they get injured it freezes the percentage of games they have played.

Eg. player has played 4/10 games and gets injured for 10 games. If he is then reviewed once he has recovered his concern will go up or down based upon him having played 4/10 games not 4/20.

So it is only a problem if you try and save a player from leaving at the last minute.
