Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

You are addressing the community.

When your GM expired you would have been given a limited grace period in which to renew. If you fail to do so, you lose your teams bar the first two you took control of.

Your other teams would then have become available to the public and you may not be able to reclaim them.
