I have the same question. This new feature is ridiculas because I have players who have played more than half the seasons games suddenly have this concern and say they'l make steps to leave. It is silly that every player Is starting to say the same things. If your trying to make the game true to life, not every player in a squad wants to leave straight away all at once. Silly feature.
