Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Looking at your squad you don't have any players rated 0 or aged 25, so I am not sure what you mean? Please give more info unless the below helps:

Player ratings will vary between 60 and 99. If you have anything else you need to report it as a bug (click the Report Bug link).

If you are talking about player match ratings (i.e.when viewing a Match Report after a game) then a zero would just mean they played very very badly - but I have never seen a zero rating awarded and don't believe this to be possible.
