Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

He is best off emailing them on the email address at the Contact Us link below.

If he gives what info he can, user name, password, the clubs he controlled, SM might be able to locate his account and may be willing to help.

For the purpose of account security though, they may be unwilling to do so.
