Answer

when you loan a player you get rid of the budget of the player. The budget for every player is paid every turn. So, for example, if you have a player with a budget of 20000£ per turn and the game world has 30 games per season, then the minimul money you save is 20000*30 = 600000£. I said the minimum, because if your club plays in game world shield and cup then the money you save will be more.

When the game world season is over the player is send back to your club.

Also, you can call back the player whenever you want during the season or the club that has loan the player can send him back to you. Of course, if this happens then your club will pay his budget.
