Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

SM will not forcibly remove members who acquired their squad through fair means, if that is what you are trying to say. As long as they are obeying the log-in rules, they are free to ignore offers and other requests. Even owners in real-life may ignore offers so if anything, it adds to the reality of the game, though understandably it may get annoying from your perspective.
