Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

There are many other factors besides simply fitness condition and ratings of the players that is taken into account in the SM algorithm for results. There are many other factors such as tactics and formations.

For example, you may have better fitness and ratings then your opponent, but if you play a 3-2-2-2-1 against a 3-3-4 formation, it might be easier for the 3-3-4 to score more goals on you. Again, I am just speculating and it is just for example's sake.

My point is that there are many other factors. Many of which SM does not disclose, rightfully so, because then everyone would know how to win if they knew every factor. But, if you are implying that there is some sort of bug within the results system, then simply click on the 'Report Bug' link in the left-hand sidebar of this screen.
