I think its a tough scenario coz once you quit your club the chairman offers the job to another manager in the game world if the team is very good. So its very easy for someone else to get your club. Even if he does not respond, the club will still be banned for anyone willing to manage it for 5 days. So its a risk for you to leave your club coz there is a danger of someone else picking it up. If you are managing a team like Madrid or Barcelona then once then club is available to any manager its almost impossible to get it as these clubs get taken over easily like hot cakes.
