Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

If you are in debt with just 21 players you obviously then cannot buy and sell players. The only thing you can do is try and keep winning. Progress in SMFA competitions and winning domestic leagues and cups will earn you some money. Apart from that you will get money at the end of the season based on your league finish and at the beginning of a new one. If someone bids for your player then try a cash plus player deal.
