If you are talking about manager ranking, then its depends upon how many points you are able to win based on your team's results as compared to other managers in the game world. The more points you get by winning matches and trophies the more higher your ranking will be. It will also give you the opportunity to manage a big club should the manager resign and you get the job offer based on your higher ranking.
