Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Transfers are blocked because of suspision. Half the time its ridiculous. You will see managers in your game world doing the most outrageous deals and them going through fine, and you will do one that you and the opposite managers feels legitimate and it will be banned. There doesnt seem to be set rules, it seems like SMFA have an opinion on a manager and what deals he does. I have bid after bid blocked, transfers reversed etc, and certain managers in my gameworld get away with every transfer going. Ive asked this question several time mate but dont seem to get anywhere, so maybe instead of thomas muller, go buy a muller rice instead, they cant block that :D
