Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

well the best way to do that is by selling most of your fringe players....or at least offer them in a deal you think is worth two fringe players for a better one. That's what i've always done on Soccer manager and it is true, funds are very limited but that is part of the game and without this restriction the excitement of playing soccer manager is gone. they do this restriction to make the game fair too.....try out my suggestion...besides ive won a couple of matches without any 90 rated players against a team full of top players....remember its part of the excitment :P
