dont sell your players try to exchange them you will be able swap drogba and another lesser player.. if needed make up the difference with a little money.. example drogba could be worth 18mill if swapped.. i manage 20 plus teams unless its private league i exchange every single player.. when the transfer ban is up or in 20 games you can exchange your players again , this will improve your team for sure.. try to save as much transfer money as you can this will help when the players transfer ban is up... i had a starting transfer kity of 33mill i only spent 6 of that giving me 27 mill plus any other money you get to buy next time round...
