Not sure what you mean about getting the same answer "from the SMFA". If you have asked on here and been given the same answer multiple times, this is because the answer has not changed.
The SMFA is just an automated feature that SM use to weigh up deals. It makes decisions based on facts. As it is a program, it is not "accusing" you of anything when it blocks one of your deals so you shouldn't be offended by it.
All that has happened is that the program has considered a number of elements and decided that, on balance, the deal is unusual or dubious. The sort of things that normal cause it to intervene are things like a deal being too favourable to one manager, managers sharing the same IP address to name but a few.
If the SMFA have blocked you from conducting transfers with another manager, they will not reverse their decision and it is advisable to look elsewhere to conduct your transfers. However, you could try changing your bid one last time in case the deal failed because of the amount involved.
