If a manager in a private league hasnt logged in within the scheduled time how do I go about having him removed?

Additional Details

Its a private work league and the manager has left the company as well, so would prefer to keep it to work colleagues.

    Check your home page to see how much time your Custom Game World requires you to log in. You'll see something like this...You need to log into this Game World at least once every XX day(s). He will then be kicked after this period.

    But, if you know him personally, you could just call him or ask him to quit his club.
