Customer Services - how do I contact them as a paying customer?

I recently set up a new custom game league in which I set the squads as empty (each team having a 300 mill budget) Upon opening my new league (although in the advanced rules settings it clearly says squads start empty) the team are filled with the usual players. Ive opened a ticket in the game bug section but cant find a customer service section to get the issue sorted. I am after all a paying customer and I have set up about ten leagues during my time but now find I cant sort out this simple issue. Is there a customer service department and how can they be contacted?

    There's no customer service on this site at all. The best bet is to use the contact us link at the bottom of the page. They wont reply but may sort out your problem for you.
