how to handle 2 goalkeepers with 90+ ratings without causing concern?

I handled chelsea earlier with cech and courtois with 92 rating.but 1 of them always got concerned when i played with the other.i don't know who should play most matches and who should play less.the chairman didn't allow me to loan out courtois or cech. is it necessary for me to sell one of them.can't i play with chelsea's original goalkeepers.

Sell one of them, you don't need two 90+ rated keepers they don't get injured as far as I'm aware.
