on average how long do players take to recover from fatigue, will it alwas be in time for the next match day?
if their 70 after one match will they be 100% before the next?(because alot of my players are tired on matchdays for some reason)
and does it make a difference what type of pressing you do?
I think players gain 7% back each day, on average.

They should be back to 100% or close to it by your next domestic match, unless of course they become injured during the game. If you have a Cup game coming up, I wouldn't count on your players being fit for that.
