My single player wont load. how can I report bug?

My single player wont load. Told me to report as a bug, but how can I when i cant get in? The sign says:
There was an error whilst loading your game. Please report it as a bug.
Before you say why bother just new game, I wanted to check my transfers and sales and buy and shortlist, it can be so useful.

    This is happening to me also, i played 3 seasons and just qualified for European Competition. I want to be able to load my game!!
