Why are two managers in my game world still in charge of there teams even though they haven't logged in for 40+ days

Additional Details
In world championship 3073 the tottenham & bayern munich managers have not logged in since 8 dec (bayern) & 14 dec (tottenham). Why are they still in control of these teams?

This sounds like an in-game Bug. You will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
