Someone has 2 clubs in my game world, is this allowed?

Additional Details

In my English championship game world 4922? ( in which I control Southampton ) the manager of Chelsea is "David Hoyland" and the manager of Derby is "Dave Hoyland" it's unfair to the rest of the managers how can o report him.
