Season has ended but am still unable to call back loan players Aqualani. Its showing they are on permanent loan till end of season?

Season has ended in this game world but am still unable to call back my(Liverpool)loan players Aqualani and Degen. Its showing they are on permanent loan till end of season. What am I supposed to do?

    Make sure that the season is completely over. By this I mean that all promotional playoffs and cup tournaments (for all division, even divisions that you are not competing in) are over.

    Once you make sure that the season is really over, and you still cannot call your players back, then this sounds like an in-game Bug. You will need to report this to SM by creating a Bug ticket. There is a link on the left of this screen for reporting any in-game Bugs.
