I accidently pressed "report abusive private message" what should i do?

The other manager sent me a message in Spanish and I meant to click translate that was under "report". How do I cancel the report (if there is a way) and is there a penalty?

    There shouldn't be any penalty as long as it is not a daily occurrence. For example, if you keep reporting false reports, SM will probably start to question your actions, but one time should not be equivalent to a penalty.
