i manage a wycombe wanderers team, with a very small squad, i dont own a forward, ive just sold Kone to get the money to buy a new one, and now for instance - Rooney's valuation is 29 mill, my chairmans valuation 24 mill, im trying to buy Pavlychenko his valuation is 6.1 mill, my valuation 3 mill, this cannot be right???
Well if you own plays like Rooney, then certainly it is feasible that Pavlyuchenko's value will diminish (it may even be halved like you said).
This is clearly explained within the squad page, if you hover your mouse over the blue question mark near where it says Value.
