I bought a standard game world package and I was 21st on waiting list. At 10pm i was 11th now im 13th i want my money back with the standard game world free due to poor service i have received.
For refunds, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper left corner and then click on the green picture that says "100% Money Back Guaranteed 14 Days*" on the left hand side of the screen. You'll then see on-screen instructions on how to request a refund.
