how do you make it so a player is subed when they get injured during a game

Unfortunately, you can't! You only find out about the injury in the game report after the game.
You can make up to three subs at times varying from 45, 60 or 75 minutes but so far in SM, this is not related to injuries...Answered by Julius Christie - 13 years ago
