Setting up custom game world queries

Can you change the transfer window between seasons? On the first season of a new custom league I want to have a transfer window so that no players can be bought/sold in the first few weeks when more people are joining. I don't want them joining teams with depleted squads. Also, will SMFA offer jobs in custom leagues. I will be assigning managers to smaller clubs but would like the option of them getting job offers from chairman of big clubs as a reward for success.

    Yes, you have full control over setting transfer windows, but this can only be changed before Turn 1 of every season.

    Secondly, SMFA does not offer jobs in Custom Leagues. The owner of the league does so via the Game World admin settings.
