today i had a match ,every player that i played was above 94(fitness) and now (after the match)they are all 60-70(fitness) why?

    Players condition will always drop after a match. It will be at its lowest immediately after a game but they will recover a little bit each day.

    If your players have not recovered enough come the next match day you will need to consider rotating your squad or risking fielding players on lower conditions than you might otherwise like.
