Additional Details

for 20-30players what is the most fair way so everone starts out with balaned transfer budgets /squads????

    You cannot really set up an exactly equal squad for each manager since all clubs vary in size, initial budget, stadium size, players, etc. etc. There are countless variables.

    I would suggest just seeking out teams from similar divisions (i.e. All teams from the Italian Serie B). There really is no way to have everything exactly equal.
