Can I change the selected clubs in my custom game world?

Additional Details

Hi, started and completed one league in my custom game world but started it with 12 top teams, and frankly, it makes for terrible play as you cannot improve your team that much as 90% of your players are 90+ etc...
Is there anyway I can change the set up of the league to change the teams?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to change the clubs, number of divisions, etc. once you create a Custom Game World.
