No bid for player after being on the transfer list for nearly a week

I have had a player on the transfer list for nearly a week and there has been no bids for him. Usually the club he is with in real life would have made a bid by now, but nor even they have.
Do you think this is a bug???

Unmanaged and external clubs are active in the transfer market, making transfers between themselves as well as interacting with human managers in the Game World. Unmanaged and external clubs will also put bids in for players placed on the transfer list. However, the time it takes to receive this offer can vary from a few days to a few weeks.
