If 2 clubs bid the exact same amount for a player how does the game decide who wins that player?

This is a just a straight cash deal with 2 managed clubs bidding on an external clubs player.

The players can choose where they want to go as well.

Mo Salah - 13 years agonot sure, i think it might choose it at random, otherwise they may negotiate, if your in this situation try putting the offer up just by 10k or so and it is more likely to be accepted
