my players are at level 3 concerned about laking of games. How do i address them and decrease their level? I've played most of these players in all competition yet the level still doesnt decrease...
Some of my players demand high wages too. I understand that this can be made possible by just renewing their contract. But how do i do that if their contract has just been renewed? Obviously there will be no 'new contract' tab in their profile...
The amount of games required will depend on the player and how valuable he is to your side. The best players will expect to play most games.
The concerns are cumulative so if your player expects 75% of games and you play him 3/10 times, he will get a level 1 concern. If you then play him 7/10 of the following games and he is reviewed again that season, he will have played 10/20 times in total. So his concern will go to level 2 as that's only 50%. If you do the same again he will be on 17/30 which is still under 75% so the concern will go up again. Eventually it should come down if you max out his appearances but this shows there is not always a quick fix.
Try and play them every game even if this means subbing them on/off. A sub appearance doesn't count as a full app but it is better than nothing.
Also makes sure to make use of cup apps etc. These count as "bonus" appearances effectively i.e. if you have 10 league games and 1 cup game and you field your player in the cup he will count as having played 1/10 games and not 1/11 as you might expect.
Re wages; I wouldn't worry. The ability to offer a new contract will come way before the player gets very concerned about wages. If it does happen though, then send a bug ticket to SM.
