Is it possible to get a manager who persistently cheats removed from a setup you created & still own?

Additional Details

'Cheating' as in, continually creating fake accounts & taking over clubs in the game world then selling its best players to his 'first' club. Soccer Manager have only reversed some of his transfers, yet have failed to take any action against him...
